OVERVIEW

Campus life at Chanakya Law College is a vibrant and enriching experience, offering students opportunities to grow academically, socially, and personally. A dedicated Students’ Welfare Committee functions to enhance student engagement through specialized subcommittees, including the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee, Moot Court Committee, Parliamentary Debate Committee, Debate Society, and Quiz Committee, all aimed at sharpening intellectual and professional skills

Creativity and talent find expression through the Music Committee, Photography Committee, Stage Craft Society, and Language Club, while the Media and Public Relations Committee ensures effective communication and outreach. Cultural Activities

Cultural activities are a celebration of creativity and diversity. The institution celebrates the spirit of creativity, tradition, and community through various cultural and extracurricular activities. AURA, the annual fest, is a highlight of the year, showcasing student talent and fostering camaraderie through music, dance, and creative competitions.

Events like Talent Hunt, Garba Nights during Navratri, and celebrations for Uttarakhand Day on November 9th add to the rich cultural fabric of the campus. Cultural activities reflect the heritage of the region, featuring folk dances like Jhoda, Jhora, Chholia, Langvir Nritya, Barada Nati, Pandav Nritya, and Chancheri, keeping Kumaon and Garhwal traditions alive.

National festivals are celebrated with great pride and devotion, promoting unity and patriotism among students. The institution also organizes Deeksharambh, a student induction program aligned with UGC guidelines, to help new students integrate seamlessly into campus life.

Sports
